Why we built this.

Insurance runs on documents. Policies, endorsements, declarations, ACORD forms, carrier guidelines, loss runs, and a thousand more. The answer to almost every coverage question is buried somewhere in that pile.

Generic chatbots cannot help here. They hallucinate, they cannot cite sources, and they have no idea what your house rules or your bound policies actually say.

The Intelligent Agent is the opposite of generic. It reads your agency's documents, the licensed industry libraries you subscribe to, and the carrier forms you place business with. Every answer cites the page it came from.

We are building this for the producers, CSRs, account managers, brokers, and underwriters who already know insurance cold. They do not need a toy. They need a brain that does the lookups and the busywork so they can focus on the work that actually closes accounts and saves clients.
