Why a base fee + per-seat instead of a flat plan?▾
So small agencies aren't punished for putting everyone on. A 3-person shop pays for 3 seats, not 5. The base fee covers org-wide value (branded chat, knowledge base, integrations) that doesn't scale with headcount.
Is there a free trial?▾
No free trial. Solo is $599/year and is a low-risk way to evaluate the product end-to-end.
What's the all-staff guarantee?▾
On Pro, Scale, and Custom, every licensed user, producer, CSR, account manager, virtual assistant, gets full access at the same per-seat rate. We don't tier features by job title inside your agency.
What discount applies for annual billing?▾
Pro and Scale annual plans pay for 10 months and get 12, effectively 2 months free, on both the base fee and the seats. Custom is custom-quoted.
When should I move from Scale to Custom?▾
When you cross 50 seats, when you need SSO, when you want two-way write-back to your AMS, or when you want us to handle onboarding end-to-end. Custom pricing is discounted per-seat and bundles white-glove setup.
Can I cancel anytime?▾
Monthly plans cancel at the end of the current billing period. Annual plans run for the full year.
